Common Shoulder Conditions We Treat

• Rotator Cuff Tears: A tear in the cuff tendons accompanied by deep pain that worsens at night and weakness when raising the arm.
• Recurrent Shoulder Dislocation: Instability making the joint prone to repeated dislocation and a feeling of apprehension.
• Frozen Shoulder: Inflammation and fibrosis affecting the joint capsule, causing gradual stiffness and a genuine loss of motion.
• Subacromial Impingement: Friction and inflammation causing pain during overhead activities.

Arthroscopic Interventions

When arthroscopy becomes the most appropriate option, procedures are performed through millimeter-scale portals under general anaesthesia:

Reattaching the torn tendon to the humerus using fine anchors to restore lifting strength and gradually resolve night pain.

2️⃣ Bankart Repair for Dislocation

Reattaching the labrum and ligaments to the rim of the socket to treat recurrent dislocation and restore stability.

3️⃣ Capsular Release for Frozen Shoulder

Releasing the stiffened portions of the joint capsule in cases of frozen shoulder that resist conservative treatment.
